The Seven Years War enhanced the rivalry/conflict in the colonies. This is because there had been enhancement of struggle among European countries to ensure that power would be obtained by engaging in wars. There had been attempts made during this war by Britain to ensure that their strength in military forces and war would subdue/subjugate the military forces of France. However, there had not been enough troops to ensure that there could be a settlement by surrendering or accepting defeat. There had to be the obtainment of support from the individuals categorized as native Americans.
